Ghislain Martin, one of the founders, has more than 45 years of experience, 15 of which are as a technician. He holds the position of President of the company. On the other hand, Alain Vleminckx, who has worked at every job relative to the ride installation field, now has more than 34 years of experience and he holds the position of Vice-President.

Charles (Chuck) Bingham, one of the founders of Martin & Vleminckx Rides, LLC has 40 years experience, all in sales to the amusement industry. He holds the position of Vice-President of Marketing and Sales for the Group. Gerald (Gerry) Gosine has 34 years sales experience with the last 11 years in the amusement industry. He holds the position of Sales Representative.

In 2001, Pierre Cloutier, chartered accountant, joined the Group as Vice-President, Finance and Administration. His 24 years of experience in this field, combined with 10 years as financial consultant for the companies, made him an ideal candidate for the position.

Gervais Roy has worked for the firm since January 1997 as General Manager. Mr. Roy has 30 years of experience in the construction and maintenance of amusement park rides.

In 2004, Jeff Davis joined Martin & Vleminckx Rides, LLC as Director of Engineering for the water rides. Jeff has more than 17 years experience in the water ride field

Late 2004 Todd Bingham joined Fair Plat Parts, LLC as Operations Manager. Todd brings more than 11 years experience in the handling of parts and service for the worldwide amusement industry.

G. Martin & A. Vleminckx Amusement Ltd. employs more than 50 people, which enables the company to send up to 10 qualified and experienced teams on the sites in order to facilitate the construction and the installation of rides to the clients' and manufacturers' precise specifications.

Consequently, each and every step of the construction process is executed with precision and competence by the company's teams, which comprise professionals in each of the specialties necessary to the projects.
